Prepare Communication Plans for the implementation of Job Designing, Job Evaluation & Analysis.
The review gathered information & gather missing information about jobs through interviewing employees & by collecting further information about a job from other sources.
Discuss with all departments all aspects of Job Designing & Classification.
Ensure Proper titling of Positions in line with roles & Responsibilities
Train the relevant staff.
Requirements
· Experienced & Certified in Hay methodology and has done several job evaluation and analysis
· Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience
