•         Managing the entire product development of Soft Paraffin’s and Liquid Paraffin’s, Lubricating oils

•         New Product development in candles, Emulsion wax, Spray wax, Alpha Olefin waxes.

•         Checking and correcting the defective problems in In-Process stage of Mfg. Products.

•         Preparing Raw material Requirement for Production Planned.

•         Undertaking evaluation of customer feedback and carrying out modifications in product.

•         Inspecting and approving Port storage tanks (for storing Imported Base oil’s).

•         Development of Petroleum jellies, White Mineral oils for the Product base & as per Customer requirement.

•         Approval of Raw Material, In process Stage Product and Final Product in all parameters followed   USP, BP, IP, NF, ASTM Method’s.

•         Facing the Customer Inspection for products before and after dispatching the goods.

•         Following the ISO, GMP and IMS documentation in Quality department.

•         Inspecting the Samples in Customer’s Site.

•         Calibration & Validation of instruments are done.

•         Market samples analyzed and reported.

•         R&D samples are analyzed on daily basis. Analyzing and creating New Development product and direct reporting to GM –QA/R&D.

•         Responsible for Pharma – Quality Management System (QMS) related activities.

•         Handling of customer complaints, investigation, report submission.

•         Preparation and review of Validation Protocols / Reports (Process& Cleaning), Stability Reports.

•         Review of vendor qualifications, packing material qualifications.

•         Preparation and review of IQ, OQ & PQ protocols & reports of equipment’s and facilities.
