● Installing and configuring networking hardware and Performing L1 to L2 network support and troubleshooting
● Responsible for configuring Multichassis Etherchannel (MEC) using Stackwise and VSS Technology for redundancy.
● Responsible in configuring Cisco Devices such as ASR ASR1002-X, C9500-16X-A, C9300-48T-E, WS-C4500X-16, ISR4431/K9, WS-C3850-24T, WS-C2960X-48TS-LL, SG200-50P while using Policy-based Routing, Route Redistribution, GRE Tunnels, VRF, MPLS-VPN and Routing Protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF iBGP and eBGP.
● Coordinates with proper team for new offices and building network lay-out.
● Assist and support ISP Issues related to intermittent and downtime issues and conducting regular network performance tests.
● Coordinating networking tasks with the network team.
● Dealing with escalated network support issues such as Fiber Cut, ISP WAN Issues and DDOS attacks.
● Responsible for maintaining SLA,KPI and Approval of ITSM in executing configurations, while weekly and monthly reports in submission to Network Operations Manager.
● Responsible for testing, assigning, and deploying Cisco transceivers (GLC, SFP, XFP).
● Responsible in managing Cisco Routers while implementing changes in Routing especially in BGP Route manipulation and also serves as an ISP to the clients that receives our company business services.
● Responsible in monitoring network traffic of our clients including our main ISP’s network traffic using monitoring tools such as Ping Plotter, Cacti and ISP’s MRTGs.
