Roles & Responsibilities as Project Secretary & Document Controller:
Answering calls, taking messages, maintaining diaries, arranging appointments, and handling correspondence.
Handling the Document Division as Document Controller.
Performing general secretarial functions associated with top-level managers.

Updating renewed passports, health cards, and residence permits in the system.
Preparing demotion, promotion, and termination letters in Hindi, Nepali, and English.
Issuing warning or deduction notices to workers based on site violations.
