Description
A reputed Landscaping Company in Qatar is looking for:
FACILITIES MANAGER:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Facilities Management.
Around 5- 7 years of experience in the Gulf.
Maintenance of Landscaping project.
Knowledge of preparing work orders, reports, Planned and Preventative Maintenance plans, Service Delivery and Planning Schedules.
Excellent communication skills are required (English).
CAFM system or any other related software system.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong inspecting and supervising skills.
Attention to details.
Excellent report writing skills.
Business correspondence skills
Strong administrative capabilities.
* This requirement is not for a Building Facilities Management, we are looking for candidates who are proficient in CAFM system.
* Immediate joiner who can join within 2 days.
* Should have NOC and Transferable Visa.
