Strategist job vacancy in Qatar

Requirements:

Relevant educational background (business, management, marketing etc.)
Certifications in relevant areas (digital marketing, analytics etc.) are an advantage
3+ years of strategy-related experience (agency and/or marketing department)
For instance: brand strategy, digital strategy, innovations
Able to work autonomously and in a team

Expertise/Responsibilities:

Develop brand and communications strategies
Develop presentations and participate in/conduct workshops focused on brand strategy, customer discovery, customer experience (CX)
Define relevant metrics and ensure accurate performance reporting using inputs from all project stakeholders and sources such as social media reporting, Google Analytics, regular trackers etc.
Support business development by creating proposals and presentations in response to clients’ needs
Analyse performance and propose actionable optimization measures across different project areas
Conduct audits; develop clear plans how to harness these opportunities
Research and consult strategic innovation measures
Work with research partners, extract insights from research reports and translate them into strategic ideas to be developed further with the creative team and other project stakeholders
‘Own’ the customer journey and identify opportunities for improvement/interventions with the aim to improve CX across different touchpoints (online/offline)
Formulate inspiring and substantiated creative briefs in collaboration with the account management team; participate in creative briefings; supervise the creative process and ensure that creative outputs are aligned with the overall brand and communications strategy
Consult strategic marketing questions (such as segmentation, targeting, positioning, channel mix, messaging etc.) with different teams/the client/relevant stakeholders (research and media planning partners etc.) and provide relevant inputs
