Below are the core responsibilities for the position:
1. 1-5 years of experience in recruitment
2. Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
3. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
4. Conduct HR Interviews and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fitness for the role.
5. Coordinate and schedule the technical interviews with hiring managers.
6. Conduct reference checks and background screenings.
7. Manage the offer process, Prepare & Expedite the offers, including negotiating salary and benefits packages.
8. Knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and regulations
• Organization: Saleh Al Hamad Al Mana, Qatar
• Dates: February 26th and 27th
• Salary: Up to 7k, depending on work experience and suitability
• Additional Benefits: Medical Insurance, tickets to home country
• Working Hours: 5 days a week
