As a civil engineer with more than 15 years of overall experience in working as a Civil Surveyor for various Projects in pipeline projects, High rise Building, Underground Car Parking, School building construction & Infra structures in the field of Surveying (Airport, Metro & Road). My academic qualifications include a Graduate Program in Civil Engineering, Albedo School of Technical Education and Land & Astronomy Surveying, Moderator Gnanadason Polytechnic College.
I have developed proficiency in providing data relevant to the shape, contour, gravitation, location, elevation, or dimension of land or land features on or near the earth’s surface for engineering, mapmaking, mining, land evaluation, construction, and other purposes. I also have expertise in determining longitudes and latitudes of important features and boundaries in survey areas, using theodolites, transits, levels, and satellite-based global positioning systems (GPS).
Presently associated as Senior Land Surveyor with Qatar Building Company, Qatar, I am involved in setting up construction layout of the projects encompassing property boundaries, easements, and rights-of-way. I am also involved in the quantity survey team in providing the actual work quantities for preparation of payment certificates to the sub-contractors, the document control team to raise inspection requests, and the consultant surveyor for inspections of deliverables on site. I have also worked with organizations like Doha Group Trading & Contracting, Qatar and AMANA Qatar Contracting Co WLL, Qatar And Gulf Petrochemical Trading & LLC , Oman & Northern Engineering Surveys – UAE.
