I am SULEMAN I am a passionate pastry chef with over 15 years of international and domestic experience in luxury 4 and 5 star properties and standalone fine dining restaurants. I started my career in 2007 after completing a diploma in hotel management and culinary science with 90% score. Along with diploma I have done hygiene officer training from itdc. hm institute New Delhi. Since then I have worked across India, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia, progressing from commi to my last role as a pastry sous chef at AL MANAL FOOD FACTORY Doha Qatar. I specialize in gourmet a la carte, desserts artisan bakery, French pastries and entremets chocolates, cheese cakes ice cream and sorbets and cookies, and normal cream cakes and pastries
My base specialization is bakery. In bakery, I prepare
different kinds of sour dough, croissants puff pastries normal bread and roll
soft roll and hard roll cookies and tea cakes. Apart from this I have good hand on new product research and developments, hygiene food safety menu pricing and costing and staff training.
I have earned 2 best employees of the year and 2 promotions in my career as of now. My aim is to continue excelling in pastry and bakery arts while delivering unique experiences.
