Fitout Works:
 Responsible for adhering to an appropriate and effective project management framework for
corporate interior fit-out projects.
 Supporting in defining and implementing criteria for control and management of the project.  Site Due Diligence and Due Diligence Reports.
 Manage the design and site delivery team’s performance of delegated responsibilities.  Adhere to the project budget including risk allowance. monitor and control changes/variations.  Coordinate and foster teamwork between all project stakeholders.
 Responsible for supporting in coordination with vendors through project completion.  Monitor and support PEZA or LGU Building and Occupancy Permit.
 Prepare formal reporting on project progress for the Client and the Company review.  Gather and prepare OMM for closeout documents.

 Take part in the Project Kick-off with various departments to discuss the Initial base plan and project
location.
 Ocular visit on the proposed location and survey possible critical details on site by coordinating with
the planning team to act on the best possible direction for the project.
 Provide an In-house Cost Estimate for each project, which will be used as a basis for budget approval
and Vendor cost proposal evaluation.
 Procure Vendors, initiate Vendor bidding, Review and evaluate the transmitted cost, initiate budget
recon, and award vendors.
 Provide a project schedule using MS Project and Google Excel monitoring. Initiate meetings with other
departments and Vendors/General contractors to discuss project coordination, timeline, and project completion.
 Overseeing construction and supervision with day-to-day project status updates.  Handling progress billings to ensure a good relationship with contractors, vendors, and suppliers.  Request initial meetings with the Facility Manager to process the overall Turnover of the Project.  Accomplish the Project Punch List
 Provide As-Built Plans and other closeout documents to finalize the project turnover. List of Project Accomplish:
