Qualifications:
• Transferable sponsorship.
• Min. 5 years’ experience managing Arabic restaurants in Qatar (Souq Waqif preferred).
• Arab national with deep knowledge of Arabic cuisine, culture, and guest expectations.
• Bachelor’s in Hospitality/Business or related field.
• HACCP & Food Safety certified.
• Strong command of health, safety & hygiene standards.
• Proven expertise in costing, inventory control & audit compliance.
• Skiled in service standards training, SOP compliance & upseling.
• Excellent communicator with solid financial & operational acumen.
• Track record in launching strategies that elevate customer experience across diverse nationalities.
