A leading company in Qatar is looking for the Restaurant Accountant and Procurement Analyst
Nationality: Any Nationality
Experience: Minimum 3 years in the restaurant’s field
Role:
Procurement of Food Items
Experienced in POS for restaurants and inventory handling.
Control Prime cost
Track inventory
Procurement handling with suppliers
Track and record restaurant expenses
Generate and analyze sales reports, orders and inventory intake, payroll, value of inventory though the POS.
Evaluate performance of the restaurant
Budget generation, tracking & managing CGS, preparing financial statements.
Petty cash tracking and reduction of cash transactions.
Must have a Qatari ID and NOC.
Urgently required
Salary Range: 3000 QR
Required skills:
Should know the suppliers and prices in Doha for Food Item.
Should be able to do accounting analysis for restaurant’s reports.
Should know how to work on ERP or POS systems.
Should be available in Qatar.
