Video Editor job in Qatar Media Corporation
Video Editor ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Previewing and Editing all footage filmed for a show or a program.
Following the edit notes of the producer/ director during the edit process.
Ability to edit a show independently without guidance of a Producer/ Director
An outstanding understanding of editing and storytelling.
Ability to keep the pace of the show with special effects, both visual and Sound.
Knowledge of Modern Non Linear Editing software including avid Media Composer, Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premiere.
Knowledge of compositing software like Adobe After Effects will be an added benefit.
Experience
At least 10 years as an Editor out of which 5 should be at a senior editor position in Reputed TV Stations and/or large productions
Education
Graduate from a reputed University.
Relevant training and Certification.
