💼 Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance activities within a dynamic logistics and freight forwarding environment.
🔎 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable
✔ Process invoices & vendor reconciliations
✔ Perform bank reconciliations
✔ Assist in monthly & annual financial reporting
✔ Maintain general ledger & journal entries
✔ Ensure tax and regulatory compliance
✔ Support internal & external audits
🎯 Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance (Preferred)
✅ 5–10 years of accounting experience
✅ Strong knowledge of accounting principles
✅ Proficient in MS Excel & accounting software
✅ High attention to detail & accuracy
✅ Strong communication & organizational skills
