Operations Supervisor

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Operations Supervisor with a strong background in the Technical field. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of experience in customer support, operations, or a related role, along with a technical qualification such as B.Tech, Diploma, or equivalent in a Bachelor’s degree.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to identify areas for service improvement.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, directing calls to the relevant department when necessary.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and provide clear, step-by-step solutions.
  • Manage payment processing and order deliveries.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and budget.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through phone and in-person interactions.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments according to client availability.
  • Oversee and ensure smooth operational processes related to technical services and customer support.

Requirements:

  • B.Tech, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in a Bachelor’s degree or a related field.
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Multilingual proficiency in English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, and Arabic (spoken and written).

Additional Information:
Candidates must be based in Qatar or KSA or be willing to relocate.
