Hiring an Architect who has experience in 3D visualization and Corona rendering, and holds a UPDA Certificate. The Architect will be responsible for creating and designing architectural plans using 3D visualization software and Corona rendering tools, in order to provide clients with a clear and comprehensive understanding of architectural designs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in 3D visualization and Corona rendering
- UPDA Certification is mandatory
- Excellent proficiency in 3D Max, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to interpret and create drawings as per construction and planning regulations and standards
- Strong knowledge of design software, modeling, and graphic rendering techniques
- Proven expertise in project management and architecture software
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and construction project workflows
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
