An ongoing project requires “Architect” position to be filled with a candidate having 18 years of experience.
This is a senior role where the candidate will have specific experience such as;
Technical & contractual writing proficiency along with interpretation of client briefs into formal documentation.
Drafting of formal design and technical SoW for RFP’s, Tenders, Variations, Instructions, Reports (etc.).
Technical-, cost-, time- and contractual implications when creating formal documents.
Understanding Design review, construction processes and sequences.
Tender process management, evaluations, tender reports and recommendations.
Design process management & improvement.
Technical documentation & detailing, Architectural design & space planning.
