ASTAD Project Management
The main duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Manage all design matters relating to a project, helping to ensure that the multi-disciplinary teams work together smoothly and that everything is delivered on time and within budget.
Define Tender Strategy (for Design and Design & Build Contract) and manage the preparation of Tender Documents in coordination with the technical, planning, cost and contract team.
Evaluate the Tender submission of subconsultant and subcontractors
Review and advise on designs, ensuring they meet regulatory and legislative requirements and the client’s brief
Advise on the design and selection of materials used and other aspects of procurement
Manage processes relating to the project’s design to ensure that everything is delivered to schedule and budget, working very closely with planners, quantity surveyors, contract managers, HSE and site managers and other key members of the project team
Conduct financial, technical and operational risk assessments and advising on risks, opportunities and potential hazards
Keep up to date with relevant regulations, codes and legislation
Chair design meetings, writing reports and giving presentations.
Provide design ideas and solutions that can be developed internally as base for concept design proposals

EXPERIENCE
Master Degree in Architecture.
Minimum 10 years working experience with minimum 5 years experience in similar position.
Proficiency in Autocad.
Knowledge of FIDIC is a plus
