Our company is looking for Chilled Water Plant Supervisor.
Qualifications :
With experience using computer-based building management system to manage and trouble shoot HVAC Systems.
KNowledge of Microsoft office suite, computerized maintenance management systems and AUTO CAD
Experience working in Daikin Chillers.
Thorough knowledge of operational and Maintenance procedures for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural and envelope of commercial and industrial facilities.
Knowledge of engineering concepts related to energy efficiency, optimization, and conservation (metering prefered)
Minimum 10 years related experience in operation and maintenance of a Mid-range (1000) ton CWP including repairs and scheduled tear down of chillers, pumps, etc.
