Bin Al Sheikh Real Estate is hiring an experienced Sales Team Leader to manage a sales team, achieve targets, and drive new business in Qatar’s real estate market.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train & motivate the sales team.
  • Identify new sales opportunities & close deals.
  • Organize property events & client viewings.
  • Build strong client relationships & ensure excellent service.
    Requirements:
  • 4–5 years real estate sales experience (Qatar preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Qatar’s property market & regulations.
  • Excellent communication (English required, other languages a plus).
  • Target-driven, professional & client-focused.
  • Immediate availability.
