📍 Location: The Pearl, Qatar | 📅 Duration: 6 Months Extendable | 🕐 Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
👤 Nationality: Arabic | 🗣 Languages: Arabic & English (Fluent – Spoken & Written)

We are hiring a Male Arabic-speaking Call Center Agent for a 6-month temporary role. The candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English, have prior call center experience, and be able to work in The Pear Qatar
🔑 Requirements:
• Proven experience in a call center environment
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken & written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Familiar with CRM and call center software
• Strong customer service, communication, and email writing skills
• Adheres to hygiene and grooming standards
• Capable of handling customer queries and resolving issues efficiently
📌 Note: Attendance at the Pearl Call Center office is mandatory.
