Call Center Agents / Customer Service Officers – Hospitality Industry
Location: Qatar
*Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
*Minimum 3 years of previous experience in Call Center or Concierge services.
*Greet VIP visitors, directing them to their desired location, providing information about the properties.
*Handle inbound and outbound calls to and from customers.
*Assist in making customer’s desired reservations for restaurants, hotels, private drivers and cars, any special events, exhibitions or tours.
*Respond to tenant’s facility maintenance requests.
*Handle customer complaints.
*Follow up customer calls.
*Collecting and reporting customer feedback.
*Bilingual candidates – Arabic & English
*Candidate must have experience in the Hospitality industry.
