Position: Tendering & operation manager
Work location: Doha
Requirements:
– 10+ years of experience in the Tendering Department, including in the Facility Management industry.
– Must be familiar with Facility Management and Maintenance way of tendering.
– Must-Have a strong understanding and knowledge of how to estimate the PPM & CM cost of all MEP systems.
– Experienced with value engineering for all the critical systems in terms of sustainability based on OEM’s recommendations compared to tender requirements.
– Must have a transferable visa with NOC
