· Manage deployment of MEP & Civil Technicians
· Plan, organize and execute weekly (for building inspection) and monthly (for MEP) checks with technician on services as well as contracts.
· Supervise and manage Technician including their performance, behavior, attitude to the best interest of client.
· Implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans formulated.
· Supervise works that are scheduled in compliance with local statutory requirements.
· Recommend replacement / improvement to equipment, facilities and services before end of life span.
