Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other relevant forums.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role, preferably as a Managing Director or equivalent.
Strong strategic planning and business development skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
Experience in the Security Services is highly desirable.
