We’re looking for “KIDS EVENT COORDINATOR”
Qualifications:
– Female with pleasing personality
– 3 years experience in hospitality kids event management
– Should be passionate about entertaining kids and coordinating social events
– Excellent time management, attention to detail, and communication skills
– Outstanding candidates should be network-savvy, resilient, flexible, and able to function under pressure
– Willing to work in Doha, Qatar (Applicants living in Doha is an advantage)
– Open for applicants from the Philippines and outside GCC
– Arabic speaking is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
– Receiving clients’ online application orders and apply their needs and budget
– All the events online orders and proper planning (MONITOR, RECEIVE, REVIEW & SCHEDULE)
– Setting up meeting with the clients including hiring of part time freelancers to operate mascots
– Coordinating with the clients through different channels such as email or phone calls in relation to any necessary updates and changes about the events
– Purchase event products and materials including coordinating with third party vendors
– Website management and client satisfactory reviews
