Senior Sales Executive (Architecture/ Interior) vacancy in Qatar
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma with at least 5 years of technical or project sales experience specifically within architectural or interior companies in the GCC region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the architecture and interior design sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions to meet their needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven technical or project sales experience in architectural or interior companies within the GCC region.
- Strong understanding of the architecture and interior design industry, including knowledge of products, materials, and trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Transferable visa is a must.
