• Strategic long terms plan in order to align the Brand at par with market leaders.
• Implementing strategic steps for brand awareness.

• To deliver Top line growth and improvement of bottom line through introducing/implementing Innovations.
• Product selection & mapping between applications and users.
• Contribution to sales growth as a sales leader.
• To review regularly and monitor daily/weekly and monthly activity reports and suggests appropriate improvements.
• Conduct the company’s promotional strategy to maximize the service distribution.
• Responsible for New Account Acquisition (Top HORECA, Healthcare, BSC, Laundry, Entertainment, Education and others)
• Developing & maintaining relations with key clients.
• Facilitate single point contact for customers with internal team.
• Train new recruited people and develop a talented team for domestic and overseas market.
• Developing & Handling Corporate Accounts across Region.
• Identify & Develop significant business growth with major regional contracts and business chains.
• Responsible to grow Key accounts.
• Create and implement a structured plan to drive sales for the successful accomplishment. – Develop and implement sales strategies through dedicated team
• Participate in sales campaigns/Customer meets to drive revenue and increase product growth.
• Identify, assess and evaluate competitor’s activity and strength and develop counter opportunities for gaining customers.
• Extend existing products into new market areas by approaching new clients, presenting proposals, and closing the sale.
• Manage & coordinate with internal team from different department to achieve higher sales results.Developed new sales strategies to capture market channels with new clients.
• Work with technical/service team and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
Required Skills & Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in Hygiene Industry.
