Digital Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
- Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns. and assess against goals (ROI & KPIs).
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities & improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience.
- Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Preparing Marketing collaterals, which includes creating necessary graphic contents to accelerate advertising.
- Work hand to hand with all disciplines such as vendors, sales team, demand generation, customer success and technical team.
- Assist Regional Business Manager with events, webinars, and other marketing activities.
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of leading industry trends by reading the financial and country-specific press and appropriate industry websites.
Must Have
- 3+ years of experience working in similar role.
- Good communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Strong content preparation skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing. communications, or a related field.
- At least 03 years of experience in digital marketing or related field with a digital campaign & ROI report sample.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPCs social media. email marketing. and display advertising.
- Proficient in marketing automation tools.
- Proficient Content preparation tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML, MS Power Automate, SharePoint etc.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and a team-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Strong presentation, communication, organization, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Solid problem-solving and consultative skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-faceted environment with minimum supervision.
- Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML, Automation tools.
- Strong communication skills with excellent command of both written and spoken English.
