Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
  • Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns. and assess against goals (ROI & KPIs).
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities & improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience.
  • Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Preparing Marketing collaterals, which includes creating necessary graphic contents to accelerate advertising.
  • Work hand to hand with all disciplines such as vendors, sales team, demand generation, customer success and technical team.
  • Assist Regional Business Manager with events, webinars, and other marketing activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of leading industry trends by reading the financial and country-specific press and appropriate industry websites.

Must Have

  • 3+ years of experience working in similar role.
  • Good communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
  • Strong content preparation skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing. communications, or a related field.
  • At least 03 years of experience in digital marketing or related field with a digital campaign & ROI report sample.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPCs social media. email marketing. and display advertising.
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools.
  • Proficient Content preparation tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML, MS Power Automate, SharePoint etc.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and a team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong presentation, communication, organization, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Solid problem-solving and consultative skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-faceted environment with minimum supervision.
  • Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML, Automation tools.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent command of both written and spoken English.
