A Leading Group of Companies urgently looking for Operations Manager/Facilities Manager having qualified as Mechanical Engineer with UPDA Certification and a minimum of 7 years of experience in the FM Companies.
We prefer Arabic candidate with excellent communication skills in English and highly talented in MEP/HVAC works.
Operations Manager-Major Responsibilities:
➣ Provide direct management and supervision to all the departments for effective maintenance services to clients
➣ Manage multi-disciplinary team of staffs including soft and hard services
➣ Liaison with the clients/consultants for all the services requirements and conduct proactive maintenance
➣ Ensure that facilities meet compliance standards and government regulations within the budge
