We are hiring a Fleet Drivers Coordinator
Industry: Travel Arrangements
Location: Qatar
Responsibilities:
• Schedule fleet maintenance and repairs
• Work with external vendors, including mechanics
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and tires
• Monitor fuel levels
• Maintain a database of truck and driver information
• Assist with vehicle purchases and replacements
• Assist with process improvement
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations
Requirements:
• Time-management and organizational skills
• Computer proficiency
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills and able to work with various stakeholder groups
• Customer focus with an eye on detail and delivering results
• Comfort presenting in front of others
