Employee Relations Specialist
As ER Specialist you will act as a subject matter expert with regards to all employee relations in FMM. You will support the Employee Relations Lead in developing a first-class HR service for the organization.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: University degree in Psychology, Human Resources or Business
Technical Skills:
• Well-developed professional HR knowledge and expertise in own area.
• Excellent knowledge on employee relations.
• Good knowledge of HR analytics
• High level understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Industry Experience 3-5 years experience in a similar field.
Personal Qualities:
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced
environment, effectively manage time and meet deadlines with limited supervision.
• Ability to work with others in a team environment.
Technology Skills:
Technical ability and knowledge of computer software and hardware.
Oracle / SAP is a plus.
Language Skills:
English language proficiency.
Knowledge and practice of Arabic language is a plus.
Communication Skills:
• Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
