This is an incredible opportunity for a skilled professional to have a significant impact on our brand’s visual identity, as well as on our clients’ marketing materials. You will be a vital contributor from day one, driving creative projects that are both high-visibility and high-impact.
What You’ll Do
You will be a key part of our creative team, responsible for producing a wide range of visual assets that support our entire “super-process” from lead generation to client delivery. Your role will be dynamic and hands-on, including:
- Marketing Collateral: Drive the creation of visually engaging materials for our agency’s lead generation efforts, including info-graphics, social media graphics, email templates, and downloadable lead magnets.
- Brand Identity: Take the lead in developing and maintaining brand guidelines, ensuring all visual content is consistent and aligned with our agency’s unique style.
- Client Deliverables: Work closely with our Production/Operations team to produce compelling visual content for clients, such as social media graphics, ad creatives, presentations, and website mock-ups.
- Creative Collaboration: Participate in and lead brainstorming sessions with the Creative Director and other team members to conceptualize new visual campaigns and strategic design solutions.
- Ad Creative Production: Design high-impact ad visuals for our Paid Ads team to use in campaigns, focusing on performance and conversion.
What We’re Looking For
We are searching for a passionate professional with a proven track record who is eager to contribute to a growing team.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred, but we will consider candidates with equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio to demonstrate your creative talent and technical skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in graphic design software, including the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and a strong command of web-based tools like Canva.
- Creative & Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for typography, color, and layout, with a commitment to producing high-quality, pixel-perfect work that drives results.\
- Adaptable & Proactive: You thrive in ambiguity, are excited by change, and can navigate challenges with a positive, problem-solving attitude typical of a startup.
- Language: Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Arabic is a significant plus.
