The role consists of developing training programs related to soft and technical skills related to Food & beverage environment.
Design a training calendar including coordinating the implementation of technical trainings.
Perform Skill gap analysis and ensure linking it with the annual performance management system.
Deliver training programs.
Prepare analytical reports.
