Position: HR Generalist
Location: Doha, Qatar
Responsibilities:
· Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, conducting interviews, and facilitating orientations.
· Administer employee benefits programs and address related inquiries.
· Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
· Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and counseling.
· Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
· Knowledge of Qatar labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
· Knowledgeable of Human Resources Management Information System
