Interior Designer/Draftsman

Responsibilities:

1. Define project requirements and schedule during the “brief” phase.
2. Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans.
3. Produce “sample” and “mood products” for client review.
4. Prepare drawings and 3D renderings.
5. Supervise work progress throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Collaborate closely with designers, decorators, architects, and constructors.
7. Research and stay updated on industry changes, evolutions, and best practices.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Interior Design.
• Licensure as an Interior Designer is advantageous.
• Proven track record in managing FF&E projects with a strong understanding of interior industry standards and architectural finishes.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and adaptability skills.
• Ability to accurately define project requirements and evaluate proposals.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, Illustrator, Photoshop, hand sketching, and other relevant software for 3D modeling and presentations.
