The Sales Engineer will engage in technical support, provide customer service, and actively pursue sales opportunities. The Sales Engineer will also be responsible for communicating with customers and working collaboratively with internal technical teams to ensure customer needs are met.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for generating new enquiries & and customers and sustaining strong relationships & contacts with existing contractors.

• Achieve sales booking, invoicing and margin targets.

• Review enquiries and guide the application team in making quotations and submittals.

• Follow up submittals & approvals.

• Keep up to date with the industry trends and competition.

• Negotiate the contractual/commercial terms.

• Follow up with existing projects and coordinate with Service.

• Customer communication and management.

• Follow up the payment.

• Bring critical customer requirements back into the development, production, and marketing processes

Job Requirements:

Experience & Knowledge:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in A/C Equipment Sales

• Similar working experience in the Qatar market.

• Strong product knowledge.

Education:

• Mechanical Engineering Degree

Skills:

• Computer Skills (Windows, Ms. Office)

• Advanced Negotiation Skills

• Assertive Interpersonal & Communication Skill

• Qatar Driving license.
