We have an urgent requirement for an IT Support Officer for a prominent IT Solutions Team in Qatar. Smart candidates with medium to rich experience in Troubleshooting, Installation, Configuration, Desktop and Server are welcome to apply.

Salary and perks will be matching to current industry norms. Candidates MUST be present in Qatar with a valid transferable QID.

f you are superb in the following, we are looking for you:

1- Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests relate to IT issues.

2- Maintain computer systems and act as support if any system goes down.

3- Responsible for PC’s, Printers, and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc).

4- Maintain user PCs, including upgrades and configuration as needed.

5- Perform online troubleshooting.

6- Assist with onboarding of new users.

7- Keep inventory of all equipment, software, and license users.

8- Install, configure, and upgrade PC software.

9- Windows 10 strong knowledge.

10- Office 365 strong knowledge.
