Immediately available Quantity Surveyor required for Infrastructure/Construction Company.
* Bachelor in Civil Engineering or Professional Qualification in Quantity Surveying.
* Minimum of 3 years related experience in Roads and infrastructure projects is a must
Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour costs.
Preparing, negotiating and analysing costs for tenders and contracts.
Advising on a range of legal and contractual issues.
Valuing completed work and arranging for payments
Any nationalities
Skills & Experience
Provide all necessary assistance to the construction supervision team with respect to all financial aspects and contractual matters in the project. Participate in the review and approval of interim payments, the variations and other financial matters. Analysis and evaluation of all claims by the contractor. Streamline all cost and quantity records. Participate in the preparation of Final Account with all supporting documentation.
