Doha Oasis is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal & Compliance Coordinator to support the organization in managing legal documentation, ensuring compliance with local laws and company policies, and mitigating regulatory risks. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and research skills to ensure smooth compliance operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

Ensure the company complies with applicable Qatar laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Monitor and update compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks.

Conduct legal research and provide summaries on regulatory changes affecting the business.

Maintain accurate records of licenses, permits, and company registrations.

Liaise with external legal counsel, regulators, and government agencies when required.

Prepare reports on compliance risks, issues, and corrective measures.

Support internal audits and risk assessments related to legal and compliance matters.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or Legal Certification is a plus).

3–5 years of relevant experience in legal, compliance, or regulatory affairs.

Solid understanding of Qatari commercial and corporate law.

Experience in contract drafting and review.

Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Arabic is an advantage).

High attention to detail, confidentiality, and integrity.
