Location: Lusail, Qatar
Requirements:
▪ High school degree or equivalent
▪ Previous experience in a call center or customer-support role
▪ Efficiently manage both inbound and outbound calls
▪ Address customer complaints and inquiries in English and Arabic
▪ Demonstrate strong active listening and verbal communication skills
▪ Eligibility: Local candidates under dependent or family sponsorship
▪ Work Schedule: 8 hours a day, 5 days a week
