We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to drive our company vision and promote our e-commerce business in Qatar.
The candidate for this position should be specialized in brand management and development, visual campaigns, creative designs, product positioning, graphic design, UX, filmography, and visual FX.
Mandatory Requirements:
· Based in Qatar.
· Work full time for 6 days a week.
· Has Sponsorship Transfer if required.
Responsibilities
· Developing concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites
· Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
· Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
· Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
· Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
· Perform retouching and manipulation of images
· Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
· Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief
· Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
· Liaising with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met to the highest quality.
· Study design briefs and determine requirements
· Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Skills
· Proven graphic designing experience
· Exceptional creativity and innovation
· Excellent eye for detail
· Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop)
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Experience:
· Minimum 3-5 years experience
Qualifications
· Degree in Design, fine arts, graphic arts, communications, or a related field
· Demonstrable track record of achieving quota
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Fluent in English, Arabic Speakers will be preferred
· Qatar resident for a minimum of 3 years
· Minimum 3 References
