MHE Sales Engineer / Manager

Location: Doha, Qatar
Job Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 8 hours per day (as per Qatar Labour Law)
Salary Range: QAR 7,000 – QAR 9,000
Transportation: Provided as per company policy

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the MHE market
Present, promote, and sell MHE products and automation solutions to prospective customers
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to position company products effectively
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Prepare sales proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and follow up on leads
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Coordinate with internal teams including service and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction
Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market trends

Qualifications & Experience:
Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in MHE sales or a similar technical sales role
Strong understanding of material handling equipment and automation solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus
Exceptional planning, negotiation, and time management skills
