MIE-SPPU Institute of Higher Education (Pune University, Qatar Campus) is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Assistant Professor in Psychology. Qualifications:

• Master’s and PhD degrees in Psychology
• Undergraduate/Postgraduate teaching experience of 3-5 years

Desirability Criteria:

• Specializations in Psychology
• Competency in teaching interdisciplinary papers taught in the Humanities, such as Environmental Psychology, Experimental Psychology, Technical Writing, Instructional Design, Mathematical Methods, etc.
• Proficiency in required software skills for Psychology teaching, including SPSS, CogLab, Spreadsheet, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lectures, seminars, and workshops in Psychology courses
• Design and develop course curriculum, instructional materials, and assessments
• Mentor and guide students in their academic and career development
• Engage in research activities and publish scholarly articles in reputed journals
• Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of the Psychology program
• Participate in faculty meetings, committees, and other institutional initiatives
