The Hotel IT/Systems Officer position includes the following primary objectives:
Your day to day job:-
The IT Specialist will oversee the information technology function in the hotel. He/ She is responsible for ensuring that the hotel computer system(s) are installed and operating properly, that system security measures are in place, that the computer hardware is well maintained & ensure all areas of the hotel are supported with proper computer systems.
Maintains technical and user documentation, systems report, newsletters, and announcements in a neat, orderly and secure fashion .Keeps informed of the latest, updated, changes, enhancements, and development in the hotel computer field.
What we need from you:-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, with Excellent technical, analytical, problem resolution, interpersonal and communication skills. Minimum of 3+ years of experience working within a IT environment or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
