People First Care Centre, based in Doha, is a healthcare service call centre that provides care management services to aged care and disability clients in Australia. We are seeking a passionate Care Coordinator to join our team. Your Role:
As a Care Coordinator, you will:
• Assess clients’ needs and develop personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Build strong relationships with clients and promptly address their concerns.
• Educate clients on resources for their well-being and independence.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor and mitigate potential risks.
• Foster communication among care providers and clients.
• Act as a liaison, conveying feedback to improve services.
What You Need:
• Tertiary qualification in Health or a related field.
• Experience in customer service, care management, or a related healthcare setting.
• Unrestricted right to work in Qatar.
• Ability to work during Australian business hours.
• Fluency in spoken English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in written English and communication skills.
