As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you serve as the technical expert and liaison between the sales team and potential customers. Your role is to understand customer requirements, present technical solutions, and address any concerns to facilitate successful sales engagements. With a deep understanding of products or services, you contribute to the overall sales strategy by providing technical insights and building strong relationships with clients.

Main Responsibilities :-
· Technical Consultation: Engage with potential customers to understand their technical needs and challenges, providing insightful solutions based on the company’s products or services.
· Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products or services, staying updated on new features and capabilities.
· Solution Presentations: Create and deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase how the company’s offerings meet the specific needs of customers.
· Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align technical solutions with customers’ business goals, ensuring a coordinated and effective sales strategy.
· Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders, addressing technical inquiries, and providing ongoing support throughout the sales process.
· Requirements Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of customer requirements, proposing tailored technical solutions that align with their objectives.
· Proof of Concept (PoC): Collaborate with customers on PoCs, demonstrating the value and effectiveness of the proposed solutions.
· Technical Documentation: Prepare and deliver technical documentation, including proposals, specifications, and technical reports, to support the sales process.

Requirements / Skills/ Qualification :-
Experience :- Minimum 2-3 years in related field
Technical Skills :- Strong technical proficiency ELV industry and well verse with the product of Like Time attendance Software, HRMS, Access control, CCTV etc with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to evolving products, technologies, and customer needs in a fast-paced sales environment.

Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach, understanding and prioritizing customer requirements and concerns.
