Qualifications:
– Excellent communication skills
– Preferably Filipino who is knowledgeable in Arabic language
– 3 years experience in Contact Center/Customer Service industry
– Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Job roles include:
• Managing large amount of calls/requests from tenants
• Initiate work orders and maintain the company’s computerized work management system.
• Assign work orders to departments and work crews based on specialization and proximity
• Evaluate requests and assign priority compared to other work
• Coordinate the work between different support organizations of Hard and Soft Services.
