The QA/QC Specialist plays a vital role in guaranteeing the Testing & Commissioning services adhere to the highest quality standards and align with applicable regulations. The QA/QC Specialist will oversee the implementation of quality control procedures, perform inspections, and work closely with cross-functional teams to consistently enhance our quality management system.
-Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies to maintain and improve service quality.
-Conduct regular inspections to identify deviations from quality standards.
-Collaborate with engineers and other departments to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
-Analyze data and implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance overall quality performance.
-Monitor and enforce compliance with industry regulations and standards.
-Manage documentation related to quality processes and creating and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and handling O&M & Training Manuals.
-Stay informed about industry practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing compliance.
-Currently in Doha,Qatar

-Proven experience in quality O&M/ Training Manuals is a MUST
-Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and regulations.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
-Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Proficient in using quality control tools and computer software.
